You enter your projects and employees into myQ5. From either a project or an employee, it is now possible to schedule worktimes, avoiding conflicts of double booking. In this way optimizing human resources. Create extra user logins for project managers to all be able to simultaneously work with projects, employees and roles. They will be able to easily plan employee jobs on the different necessary projects. You can quickly modify and update planning, when real world hurdles require changes during ongoing projects and booking. |

Users of the Windows based Q5 application will be able to slip right into using myQ5 straight away. Contrary to Q5 which runs on a local client/server setup, myQ5 runs in a browser, and the webservers are hosted in Denmark on Danish iron. The hosting environment - Webhosting.dk - has been tried and tested since 1996 and boasts a 99.9% uptime. Both new users, but also people who are used to working with Q5 could watch the brief videos below, for a few tips on how to work more efficently with myQ5.

MyQ5 license fees are paid in Danish Krone (DKK) The first 10 employees, 10 projects and 10 users are free to use (and test the system) with no expiration.
These extras can be added or removed from the license administration screen under settings, once logged in. |
